Midtown Stillwater’s most common option aligns with the academic year, however please inquire about current flexible leasing opportunities with our team.
How does Midtown Stillwater handle package deliveries?
At Midtown we have an Amazon Hub locker that receives all packages. If for some reason a deliverer cannot acces the locker they will bring the package to the Midtown Leasing Office. From their a team member will send communication letting the resident know that we have the package. Midtown also has mail rooms located in each building for residents to receive day-to-day mail and sometimes packages.
What do I need to do to prepare for move-in day at Midtown Stillwater?
To ensure a smooth move-in, please make sure you have paid all upfront fees, and completed your move-in checklist via resident portal.
Is renter’s insurance required to live at Midtown Stillwater?
For your protection, all residents are required to maintain an active renter’s insurance policy. You are automatically opted into Master’s Policy Premium Dues for $15/a month. You are free to choose your own policy as well by uploading it to Foxen to be opted out of our renter’s insurance.

Our community is located in a vibrant and convenient neighborhood. We are just a short distance from Boone Pickens Stadium, The Strip, and Greek Neighborhood.

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community that happily welcomes domestic cats, dogs, turtles, non-poisonours frongs, domestic hamsters, hermit crabs, gerbils, and domestic fish to join our residents. Our policy includes a non-refundable pet fee of $500 per pet and a monthly pet rent of $30 per pet.

Does Midtown Stillwater allow double occupancy?
No, Midtown Stillwater leases by the bedroom. The rate listed on our website is for one bedroom only.
